  - Student Group (6th - 12th)
  - Elementary Age (K - 5th)
  - Preschool
    - 3yrs - 5yrs
    - Walkers - 2yrs
    - Babies
- No Adult groups
What are the dates & times?
- Fall: Sept 9/2 - Nov 18
- Spring: Jan 13 - Mar 31
- 6:30pm ~ 7:45pm
What is the format?
- Students:
  - A short devotional time, followed by organized & disorganized hangout in the Chapel for the duration
- Elementary Age
  - Similar to VBS, there will be a short group time, followed by a rotation schedule:
    - Group time - 6:30 - 6:40
    - Rotation 1 - 6:45 - 7:00
    - Rotation 2 - 7:05 - 7:20
    - Rotation 3 - 7:25 - 7:40
    - Return to Main building Foyer for pick-up - 7:45
    - The 3 rotations are:
      - Bible Story
      - Bible Memory
      - Snacktivity
What is the material?
- Awana (lite) - we are not writing our own, similar to Sunday morning
How many volunteers are needed?
- Preschool: 6-9
- Elementary School
  - Rotation Leaders: 6
- Students: 2-4
- Security: 2-3
