Discipleship Pipeline

What is Discipleship?

Discipleship is simply a process by which followers of Jesus become more like Him. At its core discipleship is following Jesus. At Creekside Fellowship, we understand that God has called all Christians to make disciples of all kinds of people (Matt.28:19-20).

How do we disciple?

At Creekside, we have developed a Discipleship Pipeline to keep disciples moving on a track towards personal growth, holiness, and service. Through the discipleship pipeline, we provide opportunities for education, community, fellowship, and accountability.  We currently offer small groups on Sunday Mornings and home Groups throughout the week to facilitate discipleship.

Small Groups

The goal of our Small Groups is to equip believers to be disciples who make disciples.

Small Groups are conducted by facilitating small group discussions on various topics and books of the Bible. While there’s a lot of learning taking place, it feels more like a conversation than a class.

Our Small Groups meet on Sundays at 9:00 am and are conducted on a semester-based schedule.

There are three semesters each year. Winter (Jan-March), Summer (May-July), and Fall (Sept.-Nov.).

Home Groups

Home groups are a great way to get involved with believers in a more relaxed, informal setting. These groups are focused on fellowship and connection.

Home groups meet one night of the week at a group leader’s house for the purpose of reflecting on Scripture’s teaching, prayer, breaking bread together, and fellowship (Acts 2:42).

These groups meet on a weekly basis. They are open to anyone who would like to join and provide an introductory way to connect with fellow church members.

Home groups are available every semester are listed at the information booth in the Forum.
