BIG Idea
“Salvation is through faith alone in Christ alone.”
Weekly Bible Passage and Monthly Memory Verse
Passage: Galatians 2:15-21
Monthly Memory Verse: “31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things? 33 Who shall bring any charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies. 34 Who is to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died—more than that, who was raised—who is at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for us.” (Romans 8:31-34)
Prayer (ACTS Method)
These are ways to pray in light of the truth learned this week. Of course, pray for other things as a family!
· Adoration: Praise God for being a God of salvation.
· Confession: Confess when we try to find rest for our souls in something else.
· Thanksgiving: Thank God that the fullness of redemption is realized in Jesus alone.
· Supplication: Ask God for grace to rest experientially in the gospel.
